Lazing on the Weekend

I missed a whole 3 days of workout last week! From Friday – Sunday I didn’t swim, bike, or run.  But I did do a lot of walking.  I went to visit my boyfriend in NY and we must have walked 10 miles.  I guess that is considered exercise.  My legs are a little sore from that.  I also wanted to enter the NYC Olympic Triathlon in August, but it’s sold out.  What a bummer.  Will have to wait until next year to see if I’m lucky enough to dip my head in the Hudson River.
