Monday Swim Practice – Drafting

Yesterday I had swim practice.  We did

400 meter warmup

100 meter non stop swim in circles

200 meter drafting swim in circles

20 x 25 meter swimming with pullboy and paddles, rest 45 seconds

200 meter cool down

I was pretty tired afterwards.  I’m looking forward to the open water swims which starts next week!  Lake Ontario here I come!
